Job Description:
• Act as team members for the Service & Product department and report to according manager ;
• Make sure the quality of the delivery of the PYTES products to the clients in a functional working condition as the clients order and expected;
• Make sure the PYTES products’ conditions and systems are capable and functional for the installations and operations;
• Repairing the default and returned products by the European clients;
• Providing solutions of the default products, such as the installations problems, electronically capacities, knowledge of maintenance, testing systems, communication systems and examine delivered examples of PYTES Products;
• Make sure the process of the return and defaults PYTES products from the clients and the delivery of the repaired products;
• Able to assist the Service & Product Manager to provide solutions and strategy when massive defaults take place in Europe;
• Investigate and analysis the various reasons of the default PYTES products during the installations, adjustments, operations, applications of systems etc;
• Able to assist the Service & Product Manager to analyse, investigate and provide solutions in order to prevent massive return from the clients;
• Attend weekly & monthly quality team meetings and provide information to management about return products stock and figures, solutions and costs;
• Assist Sales teams when it is necessary for new orders or new clients
• Other assignments required in relation to quality controlling and repairing products;
