Powder Coater

What will you do? 

As a Powder Coater, you play a key role in our production department. Together with a motivated and multidisciplinary team, you ensure that our products are perfectly coated for protection. You will work on various products, ranging from medium-sized series to unique pieces, with precision and craftsmanship at the heart of your work. 

Responsibilities 

• Applying protective coatings to products using electrostatic spraying. 
• Assembling and disassembling spray equipment and performing colour changes per customer requests. 
• Measuring coating thicknesses and ensuring high-quality finishes. 
• Manually touching up products where necessary. 
• Hanging and removing products according to the correct workflow based on work orders and technical information. 
• Monitoring and optimizing the powder coating process. 
• Conducting quality control of your own work. 

What do we ask of you? 

• Education in industrial painting/spraying or relevant experience in powder coating. 
• Independence and responsibility for the process and product quality. 
• Accuracy and attention to detail. 
• Proficiency in Dutch and/or English. 
• An enthusiastic and eager-to-learn attitude. 

About the Team

Our factory in Veghel specializes in producing components for international projects of our Airports, Warehouse, and Parcel divisions. Together with 165 skilled colleagues in departments like coating, welding, machining, and assembly, we create products that are globally recognized. 
Within our coating department, you'll work with 12 colleagues in an open and informal atmosphere. With a "getting things done" mentality, we focus on innovation and process improvement, where all input is valued!
